Ive only spent about 20 mins on it (Wip) , but the basic concept is:
Mesmers Spread Hex's about, but most importently, Fevered dreams on the Sins Targets. The Sins Then use they're Combos to Spread some AOE Condition Love (and VIM to keep energy+ health up)
Some Thoughts:
VimAss 1&2 Are Spread Over 4 Attributes, However Iron Palm (Deadly Arts) doesnt Need a huge investment (being there for the KD)
Monk 2 Might Be Swapped Out for a Rit Lord Shelter-Union Spammer
VimAss 1&2 Will Most Likely Take Anouther couple of combo skills, as iron Palm has a painful 20s Recharge, and Falling Spider is Conditional on KD
VimAss 3&4 Will Most Likely Bring Some more utility Skills, Prehaps some Assassin Hex's, or some Tactics Skills.
Vimme 1&2 Will Most Likely Bring mainly Warrior hate, as they will be invested in illusion, and the team is 100% squishy
One of the Vimmes might go Me/N And Shoot off OoP to increase the pressure.
The AssVims Will work in Twos (1&3 , 2&4) for the beggining of the battle, to ensure the Vimmes Can ensure Fevered is on the target, once 30s-40s in, the Sins can split and spread the love as fevered and various other hex's find theyre way around
Any thoughts? i'll be working on this tommorrow as im about to go out, but its all very open and jelly like at the moment

Interesting build. Your mesmers can run Fragility for little extra pressure and cover for Fevered Dreams. Another of them could take OoP as you said. One or two of the Assasins can take Sheilds Up!. Also fitting in Tainted Necro with some healing would be good. Just my thoughts

another good consideration would be caltrops. But one problem i can forsee, one of the big things about ViM builds are the spirits as well, and you have none because it would screw over your monks. And the reason why ViM usually doesnt need monks is because all have ViM and traps. It could work but i dont know how well youll do without decent spirit spam to get ViM up enough. And keep frozen down.
